Made in the Ventoux. Where limestone, salty soils, and the coolest climate in the Rhône are uniquely suited to making such wines.

Owner winemaker James Dunstan brings decades of rich global trade experience, in London, Tokyo, and now Provence, while his partner, and oenologist, Laurent brings local insight and decades of local farming and winemaking experience. Together they fuse innovation and tradition.
