We are a premium spiritsbrand founded in 2021by CEO and Master Distiller Maxime Girardin, whose winemaking and entrepreneurial heritage spans three generations.

The Pegasus portfolio includes: Pegasus Vodka, crafted from the finest organic French wheat and pure spring-fed Meursault water; Orion Gin, a fusion between six botanicals from the Swiss Alps and citruses from the French Riviera; and, Eau d'Or Liqueur, a liqueur whose recipe origins back to the master distillers of Versailles under Louis the XIV, that masterfully combines the bitterness of oranges, the acidity of lemon and the sweetness of orange blossoms. In 2024 Pegasus introduced a brand-new spirit: Shooting Star Vodka, an Ultra-Premium vodka enriched with minerals from an out-of-this-world ingredient: a meteorite. In 2025 Pegasus Distillerie will release aged versions of the different spirits and a new Liqueur.

Our spirits are distilled in small batchesfrom organic ingredients in a fully transparent and highly innovative and technologically advanced process. We have complete ownership of the product creation process from start to finish with no third parties.

All the products we use come from unique organic terroirs.
