A wine and olive oil estate, cultural venue, “rural chic” hotel, and a delightful dining experience.

Jacqueline Ginon, originally a trained gynecologist, shifted her career to follow her passion for wine. 

She first deepened her expertise by studying at the University of Wine in Suze-la-Rousse. In 2018, she took over Domaine

de Panéry with the aim of maximizing the potential of this fertile terroir. Her vision: to transform the estate into

an exemplary organic ecosystem, at the forefront of innovation, producing next-generation wines with more

feminine notes, characterized by freshness and aromatic expression, as well as mono-varietal olive oils that

prioritize quality and fineness of flavors to boost a high-end French olive oil industry.

Covering 500 hectares, the estate is planted with 120 hectares of olive trees and 70 hectares of vines (organic wines such as Duché D'Uzès, Côtes du Rhône, IGP Cévennes and IGP Coteaux du Pont du Gard ) cultivated organically, complemented by stretches of scrubland, true havens of biodiversity for native plant and animal species. Panéry offers a range of 9 wines, 5 organic olive oils, and a scrubland honey reflecting the entire team’s commitment to excellence and sustainability.

The estate also features a hotel with 17 rooms designed in a “rural chic” style, combining elegance and relaxation,

perfect for individual or family stays, seminars, and events. The «table de partage,» a dining table designed

for sharing, features cuisine centered around wine and olive oils. It emphasizes local, fresh ingredients and

respects the essence of the products, inviting guests to savor the flavors of the terroir in harmony with the seasons.

In partnership with the Ceysson-Bénétière gallery, the estate hosts contemporary artists in residence and

organizes music concerts, outdoor film screenings, creating a lively place, breathing the joy of life in the heart

of nature.

Domaine de Panéry, less than 2 hours from Lyon and accessible in 3 hours from Paris, is a destination of
