Between the Seine, the Champagne plains, and centuries-old oak forests, in the heart of the former medieval Champagne region, the Collet family has been preserving its know-how for nine generations. Established in 1973, the estate spans 6.5 hectares, where old Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines reveal the full richness and diversity of a great Champagne terroir, combining white chalky soils and brown flinty soils. Committed to organic viticulture and barrel fermentation, Florent and Thomas Collet craft bold, sun-kissed champagnes with a strong sense of terroir.
