Château Maucaillou in Moulis-en-médoc was founded in 1875 by Mr Petit-Laroche. In 1929, the Dourthe saga has started with André & Roger. The vineyards has increased from 3 hectares at its beggining to 90 hectares in 2025. Pascal Dourthe and his nephew, Alexandre Thierry, are representing the 3rd and 4th generations at Maucaillou. They are continuing the family story which is made of passion for Moulis.
