Paolo Leo’s wine producing vocation is rooted in a family tradition dating back to end of the XVIII century.There were, indeed, five generations of winemakers that shared a deep passion for wine and never left their own land: all of them have built a piece of the winery's history. Today as then, Paolo Leo winery rises proudly in the town of San Donaci, still bearing its family name.

The Company count on two production sites. The main is located in the heart of the Salice Salentino DOC (San Donaci), the second winey is  at the gates of the Primitivo di Manduria DOC area (Monteparano).

Both equipped with a state-of-the-art winemaking plant, a large barrel cellar and 2 modern bottling lines.
