Established in 1980, Boutinot Wines has grown into a global wine business in 44 years, with properties and wineries in 5 countries and a portfolio of over 400 own production wines.

OUR HOMES

This philosophy has held true for all our Homes. They are Homes because that is where our team of 14 winemakers are, where we are a part of the community, and where we understand the terroir, the challenges, and the joys of growing and making wine. Homes in France, South Africa, England, New Zealand and Italy.

OUR WINEMAKING

This allows us to make outstanding reputational wines, bottled under our Homes’ brands. But it also allows us to use our influence and local knowledge, to work with growers, to oversee harvests, to select, blend and make our own wines from the artisan to the everyday. It allows us to scale up boutique production and use it as inspiration for commercial bulk wines, always overseen by our winemakers, ensuring brilliant commercial everyday wines, with integrity and quality.

SUSTAINABILITY

Having our own Homes gives us more control to do this sustainably. So that we can ensure that each of our Homes is certified by a relevant sustainability accreditation, that we can ship in bulk to the UK or France where it makes sense, and that we bottle in lightweight glass as much as possible. To ensure that the bulk bottlers we work with have BRC, ISO 14001 and are working on carbon reduction plans.
