Artisans Partisans is a located in the South of France, in the heart of Cru Boutenac. Its history is rooted in the Bories family legacy and Château Ollieux Romanis. The company now has 4 organically-farmed estates, located between the Corbières and Limoux regions, and a range of creative wines that underline our ambition : modernity, creativity and experience

Château Ollieux Romanis: the historic cradle of our expertise, 100% organic farming for precise, distinctive and elegant wines. A family estate since 1820 covering 60 hectares in Montséret on a terroir rich in biological, geological and climatic diversity.

The wines of Château Ollieux Romanis are unrivalled in the Languedoc region, and have always played a key role in the development of wines from the south of France, as well as protecting ancestral knowledge and practices.

Domaine Pierre Bories : The secret garden. A corner of paradise in Fabrezan. Small yields, four wines, two reds and two whites, micro-production. An intimate range whose wines express a quest for precision. They have been produced using natural methods since 2003: indigenous yeasts, no sulphur before bottling and a total SO2 level of less than 30 mg/L for all the cuvées. This 10-hectare island produces terroir-driven wines with a strong personality, and is the setting for the winemaker's reflections and the expression of his know-how.

Domaine le Champ des Murailles: Scattered between the garrigues and the hills, as if between heaven and earth, the 60-hectare Champ des Murailles is a group of 40 organically managed plots. Here we discover another aspect of Boutenac, a free interpretation of its terroir and its wines. Here, modernitý and ancestral know-how combine to produce vintages of conviction and sharing.

Château Rives-Blanques: 18 hectares at an altitude of 350m, in the foothills of the Pyrenees, this estate is in the Limoux appellation, specialisinǵ in white, sparkling and still wines. The entire estate is in organic farming. Native grape varieties, agroforestry and the Mauzac conservatory all help to create synergies between the vines and the terroir.
